 Dr. Nicole Ingrando was born in New Jersey and has called Central Florida home since graduating from Lake Mary High School. She attended the University of Central Florida before earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. She has been a practicing physician at North Orlando Spine Center since its founding in 2009.

Before chiropractic school, Dr. Ingrando worked as a personal trainer, helping individuals stay active and engaged in the activities they enjoy. It was during this time that she saw how pain and injury often prevent people from living fully—an experience that shaped her commitment to precise diagnosis, effective care, and patient independence.

Dr. Ingrando’s clinical approach emphasizes understanding the underlying source of pain and guiding patients toward meaningful, lasting improvement. She was awarded the Clinical Excellence Award in her graduating class at Palmer College of Chiropractic and continues to serve both patients and students as an educator in the field.

Her greatest professional passion is helping patients find answers—especially in complex cases where progress has been limited or solutions have felt out of reach.

Outside of the office, Dr. Ingrando enjoys Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and surfing in New Smyrna Beach with her husband.
