 Dr. Adam Sproat is a chiropractic physician who joined the North Orlando Spine Center team in early 2019. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida in 2017.

Before pursuing chiropractic, Dr. Sproat played collegiate baseball at Webber University and later attended the University of Central Florida, where he completed a degree in Sports and Exercise Science. His background in athletics and performance has shaped a clinical approach focused on movement quality, injury recovery, and evidence-informed rehabilitation.

Throughout his academic and professional training, Dr. Sproat held leadership roles and completed advanced certifications in manual therapy and evidence-based rehabilitation methods. His care philosophy emphasizes thoughtful assessment and individualized treatment strategies tailored to each patient’s goals and physical demands.

Dr. Sproat lives in Central Florida with his wife, who also works in healthcare, and their three children. Outside the office, they enjoy staying active, spending time outdoors, and adventuring with their two golden retrievers.
